Description

So here I am, Cosplaying as Weather Wizard for Comic Con International 2010

This costume really turned out even better than I had expected...thanks to the reflective tape I used.

The mask was the most challenging part. I covered a domino mask in green felt, then added little lightning bolts.

I love this costume.
